YEAR 5 11+ WORKSHOPS
During the summer holiday, we run targeted English (Comprehension & Writing), Maths and Verbal Reasoning workshops to help your child prepare for their 11+, or independent school entrance exams.
Below, you will find the dates of workshops being held during the Summer holidays. We run the workshops in a two-weekly cycle - the workshops are repeated - so please only book one option as the content is the same on both given dates.
We will teach techniques to help the children identify what is required to respond to the different question types and build confidence when tackling these types of questions. Feedback will be given during the session and all course materials will go home at the end of the session and a mark scheme will be sent by email.
YEAR 4 INTRODUCTION TO 11+ WORKSHOPS
If you are considering preparing your child for the 11+ exam during Year 5, these sessions provide an excellent opportunity to revise, consolidate and familiarise them with key concepts and terminology in Maths and English. Feedback will be given during the session and all course materials will go home at the end of the session and a mark scheme will be sent by email. The workshops are repeated - so please only book one option as the content is the same on both given dates.
